1. THE PHILOSOPHY
We do not sell data. We sell Infrastructure. Most companies write 20 pages of legal jargon to hide the fact that they are selling your email to brokers. We don't do that. This document explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we lock it down.

We only collect information that is necessary to build your "Business-in-a-Box."
- 2.1 Identity Data: Your Name, Business Name, and Company Details. (So we know who we are building for).
- 2.2 Contact Data: Email address and Phone number. (So we can send you leads and billing updates).
- 2.3 Financial Data: Your credit card tokens. (Stored securely by Stripe. We never see your raw card number).
- 2.4 Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and login data. (To prevent fraud and keep your account secure).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data to execute the "Growth Engine" you hired us to build.
- To Build Your Assets: We use your business details to generate your Website, SEO metadata, and Google Maps listings.
- To Train Your AI: We feed your service lists, pricing, and FAQs into our AI models so your "AI Employee" knows how to answer customer questions.
- To Get You Paid: We use your financial data to process your monthly subscription.
4. SMS & A2P COMPLIANCE (CRITICAL)
Because we provide "Infrastructure" (Phone Lines & SMS Automation), we adhere to strict A2P 10DLC regulations.
- 4.1 Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Netblaze Digital regarding your account, leads, and billing.
- 4.2 No Spam: We do not send unrelated third-party offers. We only text you about your business.
- 4.3 The "STOP" Keyword: You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. This is a hard-coded network rule.
- 4.4 No Selling: We do not share or sell your mobile phone number to third parties for affiliate marketing purposes.
5. WHO SEES YOUR DATA?
We keep your circle tight.
- Internal Team: Our engineers and account managers access your data to build your system.
- The Infrastructure Partners: We share data with specific "plumbing" providers to make the system work:
- Twilio: For phone & SMS services.
- OpenAI/Anthropic: For the AI Employee logic.
- Stripe: For payment processing.
- Google: For analytics and calendar syncing.
6. DATA SECURITY
We treat your data like money in a vault. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmission. Our databases are hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers with restricted access protocols.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You own your data.
- Access: You can request a copy of all data we hold on you.
Deletion: If you cancel your subscription, you can request that we "Purge" your account. We will wipe your leads, emails, and configurations from our servers permanently.
