Identity: Netblaze Digital ("The Company," "We," "Us")
1. The Agreement
We do not sell software. We sell Business Outcomes.
By proceeding, you agree that Netblaze Digital is providing you with Digital Infrastructure. We are replacing your fragmented tools and manual admin work with a single system designed to capture leads.
2. Your Service Level (The Plans)
You are subscribing to one of the following tiers. Please understand exactly what you are buying:
OPTION A: TIER 1 - SOLO (The "Do-It-Yourself" Tool)
- The Price: $97/month + $200 One-Time Setup Fee.
- The Deal: You get the "Pocket Office" Mobile App to run your business from your phone.
- The AI: You get the Text-Only AI. It handles SMS, Facebook, and Instagram messages instantly. It DOES NOT answer phone calls.
- Your Job: You are the operator. You build your own automations. You reply to your own emails.
- Branding: Your chat widget will display "Powered by Netblaze Digital".
OPTION B: TIER 2 - GROWTH (The "Managed" Employee) — CORE OFFER
- The Price: $297/month. ($0 Setup Fee - Waived).
- The Deal: You get the Voice AI Employee.
- The AI: The AI answers your actual phone calls 24/7, speaks to the lead, and books appointments while you sleep.
- Our Job: This is a Managed Service. We build the workflows. We manage the system.
- Branding: Fully Whitelabeled. We remove our logo and use yours.
OPTION C: TIER 3 - DOMINANCE (The "Market Leader")
- The Price: Starts at $997/month.
- The Deal: Everything in Growth, plus a Custom Website (Bespoke Design), Local SEO to rank on Google Maps, and monthly Content Strategy.
3. Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)
What YOU Own (The Fuel):
- Your Data: You own your customer lists, leads, and contact records 100%.
- Your Content: You own the images, logos, and text you provide to us.
What WE Own (The Engine):
- The Infrastructure: We own the "Automations," "Workflows," and technical setup inside the system. These are proprietary Netblaze assets.
- The License: You are renting the use of our software and AI models. You do not own the code.
4. Limitation of Liability
We Guarantee Infrastructure, Not Wealth.
- No Income Claims: We cannot guarantee how much money you will make. Your results depend on your offer and how well you sell.
- Service Interruptions: If there is a technical outage (e.g., A2P carrier issues), we will fix it immediately, but we are not liable for lost business during that time.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.
5. Governing Law (Jurisdiction)
Your contract is with one of the following entities, strictly depending on your location:
🇿🇦 South African Clients:
- Entity: Netblaze Digital (Pty) Ltd.
- Jurisdiction: Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
🇺🇸 International Clients (USA & Rest of World):
- Entity: Netblaze Digital LLC.
- Jurisdiction: Laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
6. Speed & Onboarding
The 48-Hour Rule: We do not drag projects out. We operate on a strict velocity cadence.
- The Blueprint: Upon signing up, you must spend 15 minutes filling out the "Onboarding Blueprint."
- The Launch: Once we have your Blueprint, we guarantee to deploy your Launchpad Website and wake up your AI Employee within 48 hours.
7. Payments & Cancellation
- No Handcuffs Policy: We do not lock you into long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Failure to pay will result in the "Digital Infrastructure" being paused.
